Apteco Mission
Privacy policy
Last updated October 24, 2026. This policy covers this website, apteco-na.com, its Request form, and the Apteco Mission uploader, a small tool that publishes Apteco Mission videos to YouTube.
This website
- We don't use cookies, analytics or ad trackers on apteco-na.com. The only form is the Request form, below.
- The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles each visit's network details to deliver the page and protect the site.
- The page's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google's servers for them.
- If you choose to book a meeting, the link takes you to HubSpot, which has its own privacy policy.
- Pathway videos are hosted on YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. Then the video plays in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and Google's privacy policy applies to it.
The Request form
Pages on Mission Resources have a form to request a pathway, dashboard, campaign, audience or insight, or to tell us about something you built.
- What it asks for: your name, work email, organization, whether you are an Apteco client, partner, Apteco office or someone else, what you would like and, if you want, a note.
- What we keep with it: the time, the page you sent it from, and the country Cloudflare reports for your connection. We don't keep your IP address.
- Where it goes: Apteco's own database on Cloudflare. Kyle Keith at Apteco is emailed your request, and an Apteco Architect replies to you.
- What we use it for: only to reply to your request. We don't sell it, share it or add you to a mailing list.
- Seeing or deleting it: email kyle.keith@apteco.ca and we will show you what you sent, change it or delete it.
The Apteco Mission uploader
The uploader is used only by Apteco, to publish its own videos to the Apteco Mission YouTube channel. It isn't offered to anyone else.
- What it asks Google for: permission to upload videos to the Apteco Mission channel (the YouTube scope
youtube.upload). It doesn't read, change or delete anything else in a YouTube or Google account. - What it keeps: one Google sign-in token, stored privately so the uploader can publish on a schedule. It stores no other Google user data.
- What it shares: nothing. The uploader sends videos and their titles and descriptions to YouTube, and nowhere else.
- Turning it off: the channel owner can remove its access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
The uploader's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Videos published through it are also covered by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
