The lesson

Apteco Mission is a CRM companion built for charities. Your CRM keeps working. Mission sits beside it.

It does four things, in a loop:

  • Connect: brings your data in from every place it lives and joins it into one record per person.
  • Analyze: builds insights on every supporter from that record: who stayed, who moved, who is drifting.
  • Activate: turns an insight into an audience, and an audience into a journey that reaches people on time, by email, text, phone or ads.
  • Learn: what happens next comes back onto the record. A gift resets the clock. A volunteer who gives becomes "Both".

Mission is laid out in the Field Guide and runs in Orbit, Apteco's platform. Orbit is where you sign in and where you will do everything in this course.
