Can a thank-you arrive on the day the milestone happens, not a month later in a batch? Milestones get missed because someone has to notice them. This journey waits, and acts the moment the data changes.

Supporter milestones starts from Active Supporters and then mostly waits. Its main path is a Waiting for trigger redirect loop with a 3 Years time delay, so people stay in the journey for a long time.
The work is in three Triggered Events:
How to use it. Decide what your milestones are: first gift, fifth gift, one year as a monthly giver, 100 volunteer hours. Each one is a triggered event with its own email. The 3-year wait is the longest a person stays without a milestone; shorten it if your definition of active is shorter. Keep the exit event: a lapsed supporter should not get a cheerful milestone email.
